What are our habits? 

Write out what your habits are today...the good and the bad and review them. 

What are the ones that are getting you closer to where you want to be and what are the ones that are keeping you from or moving you away from where you want to be? It's important the we look and see what's helping and what hurting (it's one or the other...there is no neutral). Cut what is detracting and grow what is working...stick with it and ROCK it!!
