Soo much of what we share isn't in our words, but in how we say them, our expressions our posture and more. When we are with people in person (or digitally) they are hearing more than our words, feeling what we are putting out and visa versa. When we are getting ready to engage in conversation, meetings, now via zoom, bombbomb or others it's super important to from all that we can with our positive spirit.
